The suppliers of TVA, should guide their behavior by a set of principles listed below:
- Conducting business in an ethical, professional manner, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, integrity, transparency, honesty and legality.
- Do not resort to child labor, using any form of discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, religious belief, nationality, education, disability, among others, ensuring equal opportunities.
- Respect the maximum number of weekly working hours, remunerate fairly and equitably its employees, according to their skills, qualifications and responsibilities.
- Suppliers must seek continuous improvement in its services / products in order to eliminate internal inefficiencies.
- Should promote the training of its employees.
In short, suppliers of TVA must have respect for the law, human rights, social responsibility, safety of its employees, ensuring quality of service / product they provide.
