CODE OF CONDUCT/ETHICS

All employees must observe a behavior founded on integrity, transparency and honesty to the community in which it operates.
The conduct of business and other activities should be conducted in a transparent, professional, rigorous, with good faith, respecting the rules of competition.
Relationships with customers and suppliers, should be conducted in an ethical, professional and respectful manner, while promoting a relationship in accordance with fair practice and commercial and ethical practices.
Employees must, in the development of their professional activities, observe the principles of loyalty, rigour, transparency, efficiency, ensuring the protection and good condition and conservation of the TVA heritage and take the necessary measures to minimize costs, turning the organization more efficient.
Employees undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality in relation to the outside, all the facts relating to the life of the Company. This duty is especially applicable to those who have access to inside information, such as business plans, financial information, contract negotiations, information provided by suppliers and customers considered confidential.
TVA ensures the promotion of respect for equal opportunities for all employees, encouraging teamwork and the sharing of information and knowledge. It also ensures the right of employees to working conditions that respect their individual dignity, not allowing any form of moral or psychological coercion or any behavior offending human dignity.
All TVA employees must take note of this Code of Conduct / Ethics.
Constitutes serious misconduct, subject to disciplinary proceedings, the deviation to the fulfillment of established in this Code of Conduct / Ethics.
